We established our base teaching and development facility Delray Beach, South Florida.
Later, in 2006, a second center was established in Nashville, TN. Here we focused on training skilled MDS 3.0 Consultants from many areas and make our Certification program even more accessible.

Has extensive entrepreneurial and marketing experience in multiple fields. Adding to International Import and Export trading, Richard has created and managed steel fabricating and metallurgical industries. Venturing further into service for the Nursing Home Industry, he has established his group as a National entity through every state in America.
Amelia Melanson, RN VP Education Development
A graduate nurse from the Halifax Infirmary with International nursing experience in both Canada and the USA. She has worked through many medical fields; Obstetrics, Orthopedics, Medical/Surgical, Cardiology, Emergency and Intensive Care, all within one large 750 bed hospital complex. Later, her experience ventured into the field of Geriatrics as Supervisor of a large Nursing Facility. In the USA , she continued in the Geriatric field and specialized in Administrative and Consulting functions with over 20 different corporate SNF organizations. As a specialist in the CMS Medicare field of Resident Assessments, she presented live training seminars throughout most major US cities; Miami, Dallas, Los Angeles, Seattle, Chicago, New York, Boston, Nashville. The need to expand and make training easier and more accessible led into the field of Web Broadcast Seminars. With her didactic teaching skills, she developed “The Easy Learning System”,tm which facilitates the Live Video training with an Interactive course manual, making the 1000 page MDS 3.0 CMS manual easy to assimilate.
